From Public to Corporate: Climate Fresk Workshop at Michelin Vietnam

What started as a public Climate Fresk workshop has now led to a second corporate session at Michelin Vietnam! After attending a public session, the HR/SP Manager of Michelin Vietnam saw the value of this interactive approach to climate education and decided to bring it to their team.

This marks the second Climate Fresk workshop at Michelin Vietnam, engaging 20 employees in meaningful discussions about climate change, its causes, and actionable solutions.

From this experience, I’ve gained a deeper appreciation for the role of public workshops—they serve as the crucial first step in bringing Climate Fresk to corporate environments. By engaging individuals in an open setting, we spark interest, build understanding, and create opportunities for businesses to integrate climate education into their workplace culture.

What distinguishes a standard public workshop from a corporate one?

While public workshops follow a standard format, corporate workshops are tailor-made to meet the specific needs of the company. They are integrated with the company’s strategies and sustainability goals, ensuring that discussions and solution brainstorming align with their long-term vision.

Additionally, a post-workshop report captures key moments and proposed solutions, providing valuable insights for future actions. This structured approach makes corporate workshops a powerful tool for driving real change within organizations.
