Collaboration with a Green-Belt Facilitator from Thailand for a Corporate Workshop at ECCO Vietnam

After successfully hosting Climate Fresk workshops for employees in Thailand, ECCO is now bringing this impactful climate education initiative to ECCO Vietnam. This marks an exciting step in expanding climate awareness and action within the corporate sector.

It is actually a cross-border collaboration. To ensure a well-structured and engaging session, I had the opportunity to work closely with the lead facilitator from Thailand - Mr. Fabien and Mandy in the preparation phase. Their insights and expertise helped shape a workshop tailored to ECCO Vietnam's employees, ensuring effective learning and active participation.

At times, facilitation comes with unexpected challenges—managing diverse perspectives, keeping discussions on track, or adapting to different energy levels in the room. However, each tricky situation is an opportunity to learn, refine my approach, and become a more resilient facilitator.

Each Fresk is a unique piece of art, capturing the collective understanding and creativity of the group. The creative phase offers a much-needed moment of relaxation after the intense connection phase, allowing participants to reflect before diving into solution discussions. This artistic touch makes the experience more memorable and reinforces key insights in a meaningful way.
