Climate Fresk Workshop at CMA CGM | A Global Player in Sea, Land, Air, and Logistics Solutions

A team of four Climate Fresk facilitators organized a workshop for nearly 30 employees at CMA CGM. We worked closely with Mr. Théo BOTELLA - Business Development at CMA CGM to align on the content, workshop flow, and venue setup.

Participants were randomly grouped, allowing employees from different departments to connect and exchange diverse perspectives. Each group worked together to build its own climate mural, fostering lively discussions and creativity. Emotions played a crucial role—sharing feelings after understanding the causes and consequences of climate change provided moments of reflection, ultimately motivating participants for the solution-proposing session in the final 60 minutes.

The groups actively and enthusiastically proposed practical solutions that they believed they could implement both individually and collectively to reduce their environmental and climate impact.
