Climate Change Understanding is for Everyone - Not Just the Management Team!

Over the past year (12/2023 - 12/2024), I had the opportunity to conduct 12 Climate Fresk workshops for a corporate client—starting with the management team and then expanding to employees across all departments and roles. In total, 150 participants engaged in deep discussions about climate change, its impacts, and how they can contribute to solutions within their company.

This approach is a sustainable way to drive climate action—ensuring that knowledge and awareness don’t just stay at the top but spread throughout the entire organization. True resilience comes when everyone understands the challenge and takes part in the solution!

🚀 Climate education in businesses works best when it’s inclusive and action-oriented. While I can’t disclose details due to an NDA, I can say that this was an inspiring example of how companies can embed sustainability within their workforce and empower employees to take action.
